Susan is a real estate partner at law firm Mishcon de Reya. An experienced real estate lawyer, her in-depth understanding of the property market, the emerging world of tech and her business training as a Sloan Masters MSc (London Business School) graduate, combined with a wide circle of contacts is an effective combination.

She is listed in Property Week's Women's Power List, which describes her as "a world-class networker" with "a contact book full of CEOs", In 2021, Susan received an honorary doctorate from the University College of Estate Management (UCEM), in recognition of her contribution to the built environment. Scott is Senior Partner of Allsop LLP and is responsible for the overall strategy and running of the Allsop LLP business and as an investment sales expert continues to play a day to day role in the National Investment Department with the view to winning and growing more investment business. Camilla Topham is the Co-founder of Distrkt; a leading hospitality and leisure property consultancy with a human first approach. Jennifer is incoming National Chair of Women in Property (from 1 March), and Senior Strategic Land Manager, Barratt Developments. She is an active RTPI member, a former RTPI Regional Chair and member of the General Assembly, the RTPI’s debating chamber. She is also Vice Chair of Bradford Property & Economic Forum.

Ben is an architect, author, and TEDx speaker, and is well known in the industry as a thought leader in designing for wellbeing. He is a Director at wellbeing design consultancy Ekkist, where he helps clients and design teams to create healthier places.

Ben has written two books on the relationship between buildings and happiness, ‘Happy by Design’ (2018) and ‘The Happy Design Toolkit’ (2022), and speaks on this subject to businesses and universities around the world.

Melanie joined the British Property Federation as Chief Executive in January 2015 having previously spent nine years as Director General of the Food and Drink Federation.

Melanie began her working life as a Police Constable in the Metropolitan Police Service and subsequently held a number of senior roles in the civil service. Her role is to champion a diverse, successful and sustainable UK real estate sector recognised for the positive economic and social benefits it delivers to communities across the country.

Melanie is a Trustee of the property industry charity LandAid and Chair-elect of the Council of the University of Essex. She was awarded a CBE in 2015 for services to the food and drink industry.

Paddy has over 17 years of real estate experience having spent his early career in European Fund Management before joining Global Student Accommodation and leading acquisitions of £1bn of student accommodation across the UK and Europe. Paddy joined Colliers in 2021 and now advises a range of Investors and Developers on transactions, joint ventures and operations predominantly across Student Accommodation, Built to Rent and Co-Living.

Sophie joined Canary Wharf Group as Director, Sustainability in December 2021 with responsibility to develop the strategy and champion the transition for the group.

Sophie has previously led sustainability across the UK for the regional and specialist businesses within Balfour Beatty, the UK’s largest contractor. Jonathan is a Development Director at PLP and has over 20 years’ experience in the industrial and logistics markets. He has comprehensive experience in site acquisition, submission and securing planning consent, through to leasing and disposals. PLP is a specialist UK logistics and industrial property business, founded in 2015. PLP’s core business is to develop prime, large scale logistics assets and add value throughout their investment life cycle.
