To be eligible, entries must relate to the past year: 01 January 2024 – 31 December 2024

The finalist list will be announced during April 2025

Entering the awards is free of charge until 5 February 2025 thereafter you will be subject to a late fee of £195 up until 5 March 2025. You can enter as many categories that are relevant to your organisation as you like. We encourage you to look at both the company and personalities awards to maximise your chances of success.

The Property Awards will take place on the evening of 1 July 2025, from 18:30 onwards at Grosvenor House in London. Find out more about how to get to the venue.
