This category is open to all property investment teams, including agents.
Deal of the Year
Has your firm pulled off a ground-breaking property deal that has really stood out or moved the dial in the past year? Then we want to hear from you. Are you the standout developer of the past year? Have developed landmark
schemes, pulled off ground-breaking deals, embarked on innovative joint
ventures or pioneered new ideas that have changed the face of property

market? Do you have a strong and growing investor following? We want to hear
from you.

Industrial Agency Team of the year

sales) advice to the industrial property sector. It is open to commercial
agents only and the entry should include financial information relating to the
number of transactions, area of space transacted, transactional fee income,
consultancy fee income repeat business and income per full-time fee earner.
This is not an award for the biggest agency in this sector or the agency that
does the most, it is an award for the best in perhaps some rather than all of
these areas, so if you run a niche agency or are only focused on one region,
this should not preclude you from entering.
Investment Agency Team of the Year
This category is aimed at agencies that provide investment and
acquisition advice to the property industry. It is open to commercial agents
only and the entry should include financial information relating to total
transactional value, transactional fee income, number of fee earners and income

Are you an outlier who does things differently and brilliantly? We want to hear
from you.

financial information relating to the number of transactions, area of space
transacted or investment deals transacted, transactional fee income,

transforming the way the industry operates. Many, but not all, will be
start-ups. Some might be occupiers. They will all be entrepreneurs and
disruptors who have moved the dial in the past year. Innovation is the key
criterion – what everyone on the shortlist will have in common is that they
have done something particularly innovative or game-changing in the past 12
months – but only those who have made significant progress in terms of
progressing from the drawing board to implementation stage will be in serious
contention for the overall prize.

With Newcore Capital, we recently launched the Pro Bono Challenge, calling on the industry to commit to undertaking a project that benefits the community and generates limited or zero commercial returns.
Now, with this new for 2020 award, we want to celebrate the best social impact projects and initiatives of the past year and celebrate excellence in this emerging field.
We are looking for a company or individual that has completed or committed to a ground-breaking social impact scheme, project or initiative in the past 12 months.

projects might have bought land, buildings or localities back into sustainable
economic use or created a built environment that changes the perception or use
of a location. Schemes must have been fully or substantially completed by November 2019. Projects or initiatives still at the planning stage are not
eligible.
