This category aims to reward commercial or mixed use developments that have regenerated or physically improved the built environment on and around a particular site, disused building or location. The award is aimed primarily at private-sector projects, including mixed-use but NOT pure residential. Schemes must have been fully or substantially completed by December 2017. Projects or initiatives still at the planning stage are not eligible.
